The Therapy Department at Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is looking for an OT Occupational Therapist to fill a full-time or PRN position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.

Using therapeutic techniques, you will improve, rehabilitate, or maintain the patient's motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities. The OT Occupational Therapist will assess the patient's physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively understand the needs of your patients, and explain the treatment process. Additionally, you will clearly document treatment plans and progress, as well as effectively communicate with the patient's family or caregiver.
