Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain engineering SOPs using best practices

• Participate in quality assurance and design reviews

• Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specifications, and related documentation

• Design and procure tools, fixtures, and equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

• Lead training for assemblers to improve processes and support new process implementation

• Support prototype builds using concurrent engineering methods

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field)

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Strong time management, problem-solving, and communication skills

• MRP systems experience preferred

• Background in metal fabrication, welding, and coating applications is a plus
