Pallet is a Public Benefit Company, striving to improve people's lives while also being a successful, profitable company. We prevent and reduce homelessness, both through the high-quality products we build and the invaluable people who build them. We manufacture innovative shelter systems that are used in disaster relief, homeless transitional housing and temporary worker housing.

Benefits :

Eligible employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision (employer covers 90% of individual cost). Other benefits include basic life, short- and long-term disability insurance. Employees can enroll in supplemental life and our 401k plan. Employees will start to receive up to 15 days per year (4.615 hours per pay period) and up to nine paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
