We are seeking a Program Analyst who will provide a wide variety of support within a Program Management Team to include data management and analysis, internal reviews and audits, employee in and out processing, training coordination and reporting as well as monthly program management reporting. To be successful, you must be a self-starter and able to work independently.

In this role, you will assist the Program Manager in day-to-today program planning and execution by maintaining data tools and systems for reporting while ensuring data integrity and consistency . You will also analyze and organize information to generate reports and provide insights that help management make informed decisions.  You will support an overall system of management controls to provide assurance program goals and objectives are being met.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and evaluation of administrative, technical, and / or programmatic aspects of the program
• Apply knowledge of analytical methods to assess and evaluate the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of the program
• Develop and support administrative tools and processes related to program management
• Contributes to the development of plans, goals, and objectives for implementation and program administration.
• Support cost estimate development
• Support monthly review of projects and performance against plans and metrics
• Prepare and coordinate responses to internal and external taskers
