Job Responsibilities

• Craft Customized Therapy Plans : Understand patients' aspirations and formulate tailored therapy programs to support their functional achievements
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches : Apply evidence-based methods to enhance both motor skills and cognitive abilities, as well as daily living activities
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams : Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care
• Guide Patients and Families : Provide education to patients and their caregivers about therapy approaches to support their progress at home
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress : Document clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients stay aligned with their goals
