operator , you’ll take on full setups, serious tool changes, tight tolerances, and blueprint reading deep enough to decode every radius, angle, and engineer‑written note that feels personal. You’ll work with

Mazak

Haas

equipment — machines that behave beautifully when treated right and get dramatic when they sense fear. You’ll also run the band saw confidently, because raw material doesn’t cut itself (we checked).
