The National Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the country. Rather than focusing solely on revenue targets, we seek a sales professional who prioritizes customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
• Consultative Selling : Provide expert advice on apparel and printing solutions, ensuring customers receive the best options for their business.
• Sales Growth through Service : Drive sales by adding value to the customer experience , not through aggressive sales tactics.
• Account Management : Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring their orders and expectations are met or exceeded.
• New Business Development : Identify and approach potential customers who would benefit from our products and services.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide insightful recommendations.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (production, design, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
• Travel : Visit key clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company at industry events as needed.
