Litigation Associate | Scottsdale, AZ

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate (3-5 years) to join its Scottsdale office and support a rapidly expanding Insurance Recovery Practice Group. This team represents professional athletes, sports teams, leagues, and major institutional clients in complex, high stakes matters across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with litigators in the Los Angeles office on insurance recovery and sports-related litigation.
• Manage pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct detailed legal research and craft persuasive written advocacy.
• Provide strategic input and hands-on case management from start to resolution.
