Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead quality initiatives across manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet customer expectations and driving continuous improvement. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strategic project management to enhance overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute quality strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Serve point of contact for customer quality concerns and audits.
Supervise and mentor quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors.
Lead quality-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Drive initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
Pay Details : $100,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
