[job_card.job_description]B.S. degree in civil engineering Pennsylvania PE certification 10+ years of progressive experience servicing private clients, managing infrastructure projects, or designing land development projects Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D Knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Interpersonal and collaboration skills CME, CFM, or PP Site development experience Experience in public testimony before Land Use Boards GIS and Hydraflow software experience Guide a diverse range of projects, including road rehabilitation, stormwater management, land development, and utility design Drive capital improvement initiatives for public sector clients Handle project management responsibilities like scheduling, solving design and construction problems, preparing proposals, establishing budgets, and creating estimates Prepare and review detailed technical designs, construction drawings, and specifications Ensure quality, timely work from start to finish Engage with clients, community members, and stakeholders Collaborate with consultants, government agencies, contractors, and other partners throughout each stage of the project Attend municipal planning, zoning, and land-use board meetings Participate in project meetings with clients Review and analyze municipal development applications Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports for clients Mentor junior engineers, nurture their professional growth, and help them develop technical skills Actively participate in marketing-related proposals and programs, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and pursue new opportunities
