ABOUT OUR AGENCY :

I opened my agency on January 1st, 2017, and today were a strong team of five. As a proud University of Washington alum, Ive built this office around one core belief : we win together. Whether its winning for the office, for our customers, or for each team member and their family, collaboration is the heartbeat of our culture.

What truly sets my agency apart is the unique dynamic of working alongside my brothers office in the same building and staying closely connected with my fathers agency. With three offices working together, our team has access to multiple sources of training, mentorship, and support. It creates an environment rich with knowledge, diverse experience, and shared success.

Before becoming an agent, I was a team member myself, so I understand firsthand what it takes to thrive in this role. Thats why Im fully committed to giving my team the tools, coaching, and encouragement they need to be successfulnot just professionally, but in life overall.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ej Silvers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.
