Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to lead and manage the clinical operations at our Scottsdale, Arizona office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting a collaborative clinical team. We are particularly interested in RNs with backgrounds in ICU, hospital, or other acute care settings, as these experiences bring valuable clinical insight and readiness to lead in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position, scheduled for 40 hours per week. Work hours may vary based on assigned clinic location, Monday through Friday. This role will be based primarily in our Scottsdale clinic but may also provide support to other nearby locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable and enjoys collaborating across multiple sites to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Procedures & Diagnostic Testing :

Perform a variety of allergy and asthma testing procedures, including :

Administration of injectable epinephrine

Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all areas of clinical care, including :

Participate in and oversee the conduct of clinical trials :

Oversee the preparation of food allergen solutions

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensed RN in the state of Arizona (or compact RN license with eligibility to practice in Arizona)

Nursing for 1 year (preferred)

Comfortable performing complex tasks and applying independent knowledge and judgment.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-hour shifts).

Compensation

The actual compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skills, education, and experience.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic, if applicable, for extended periods; occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, or reach as needed. Frequent use of hands and fingers for patient care and equipment operation. Must have normal (or corrected) vision and hearing and be able to respond quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment, if applicable.
