Hardware Engineer Advanced Thermal & Computer Systems

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Engineer to help develop next-generation cooling and compute system technologies for high-performance data centers and telecom infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by advanced thermal management, high-density computing, and hands-on engineering work.

You will work directly with technologies such as passive liquid cooling, two-phase cooling architectures, and integrated AI and HPC compute platforms. This is a high-impact, on-site role where your work will contribute to the development of sustainable and highly efficient computing infrastructure.

What You Will Do

Core Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement hardware engineering solutions across compute, mechanical, and thermal systems.
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance improvements for hardware platforms based on customer and system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence system architecture, integration, and new product development.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, specifications, and process guidelines.
• Support initiatives that advance the product portfolio in the HPC, AI, enterprise, and telecom markets.
