Comprehensive Mobile Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our innovative mobile healthcare team in Lynchburg, VA. As a Dentist with our organization, you will conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose a variety of oral health conditions, and provide treatments including preventive, restorative, and emergency services. Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed dental assessments to determine patients' oral health needs.
  • Diagnose and address various dental conditions through appropriate interventions.
  • Execute routine dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
  • Provide education to patients regarding dental hygiene and preventive care measures.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to offer comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping within electronic health systems.
  • Utilize adaptable strategies to manage the unique challenges presented by mobile dental care.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental institution.
  • Current dental license in the state of Virginia.
  • Previous experience in clinical dentistry, especially in mobile or community health settings preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of dental procedures and current practices in oral health.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients of all ages.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to optimize time in a mobile care context.
  • Passion for providing patient-focused dental services and improving community health.
