Reporting to the Registrar, the Program Assistant 16 Admin Services for Scheduling is responsible for making significant and measurable contributions to the efficient and effective workings of the department by assisting the scheduling needs in our scheduling division, working collaboratively with the Assistant Registrar - Scheduling, Registrar team and other academic departments on issues related to curriculum and schedule related academic policies. In addition to scheduling responsibilities, this individual will assist the Registrar in organizing and processing EM Appeal requests, documentation, and results. This role provides critical service to students and is, in large part, assists the University in course scheduling and registrar related functions.

Note : Salaries for internal candidates are determined by the New Jersey Civil Service Commission's formula. Salaries for external candidates are determined up to step four, $ 58,
