A company is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join their team in the Worker's Compensation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidates
Collaborate on talent strategy and workforce planning, monitoring trends and supporting retention initiatives
Maintain compliance with HR administration and support onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination, preferably in insurance or healthcare
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations relevant to the Worker's Compensation industry
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
