Sholom Home Health Aide, Hospice

The Home Health Aide, Hospice assists terminally ill patients with their personal care requirements, maximizing their activities of daily living; and assists terminally ill patients in achieving the highest level of comfort and quality of life in their homes, consistent with their health status. This position will be seeing patients at both our St. Louis Park location and our St. Paul location as well as private residences within the seven county Twin Cities metro area. Gas mileage will be reimbursed.

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay: $22.00/hour to $26.00/hour, this position also includes a $2,000 Sign on Bonus

Education, Experience and Credentials

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Home Health Aide certification and/or competency testing required.
• Six months experience as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record, and proof of valid insurance. Must have reliable transportation.
• CPR Certification required.

Compensation: An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
