Warehouse Manager / Distribution Driver

Alpha Insulation & Waterproofing is seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager / Distribution Driver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and material organization.
• Load, transport, and deliver materials safely and on time to job sites or clients.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safety and readiness.
• Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus).
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a supervisory role.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50-75 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Ability to safely load and unload materials from trucks.
• Work may involve both indoor and outdoor environments and exposure to varying weather conditions.
