About the Program:
AI Automation Specialist is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates eager to launch their careers at the intersection of AI, robotics, and logistics. As part of our innovative 3PL company, apprentices will work on real-world projects that transform manual processes into automated solutions, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational excellence.
This program is designed to equip participants with hands-on experience in AI, and workflow automation while fostering their growth through mentorship, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:
· Frontend Optimization
· Develop and enhance user-friendly interfaces for customer-facing applications using modern web technologies.
· Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless functionality and intuitive user experiences.
· AI Agent Development
· Design and build AI-powered agents to replace manual workflows and support customer inquiries.
· Utilize natural language processing (NLP) frameworks and AI tools to create conversational systems that address customer needs efficiently.
· Test, refine, and deploy AI solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
· Workflow Automation
· Analyze existing manual processes to identify automation opportunities.
· Develop robotic process automation (RPA) solutions and integrate them into operational workflows to improve efficiency.
· Work with cross-functional teams to ensure automation aligns with customer service goals and operational standards.
· Customer Support
· Implement AI-driven tools and processes to enhance customer interactions and response times.
· Use machine learning techniques to anticipate customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.

Qualifications:
· Educational Background
· Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Software Engineering, or related fields.
· Technical Skills
