Requirements to apply : -Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months) -Names / numbers of 3 references -U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card Holder -Must have worked within the last 6 months

Privileging Details :

Timeline : 6 weeks, Required health documentation : MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints / background check

Board Certification Requirements : Certified or Eligibl

EMR : CPRS system

License State : Any State License accepted

Worksite Information : Non Trauma center Trauma patients transfers will be sent to local hospitals, staffed with 2 MDs each shift except for at night, also 1 PA / NP
