Summary

The Ingot Equipment Technician helps keep manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, complete repairs, and accurately document your work. This role supports stable production, reduces downtime, and maintains product quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on ingot manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, and restore equipment quickly.
• Identify needed parts and support inventory tracking.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Follow company safety rules, EHS guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist with resolving production interruptions.
• Work closely with technicians, engineers, and production teams.
• Participate in shift pass-downs to ensure clear communication.
• Support improvement efforts to increase equipment reliability.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
