About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager to join our Territory Operations function. In this role, you'll be involved with end-to-end design, execution, and governance of global territory models that support our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine analytical thinking and operational rigor.

What You Will Do

  • Territory Design & Management. Design, implement, and maintain sales territories in alignment with market opportunity, rep capacity, and GTM strategy
  • Territory Management. Own the ongoing maintenance and governance around territories (i.e., resolving territory-related escalations and acting as the primary point of contact for frontline reps, managers, and Sales leadership)
  • Process Improvement & Automation. Drive process improvement and systems automations across territory workflows using Salesforce and other GTM tools (i.e., Census, Snowflake, Zoominfo, Cognism, Clay)
  • Data Governance & Reporting. Maintain data quality across the CRM and deliver territory-related reports and dashboards to Sales and RevOps stakeholders
  • KPI Reporting. Monitor KPIs such as rep coverage ratios, account penetration, and whitespace to identify gaps and opportunities.

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Systems, GTM Systems, Territory Operations, or related Revenue Operations functions in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and systems skills; particularly in Salesforce, Excel / Google Sheets, and SQL
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and sales org design

    The pay range for this role is :

    99,000 - 173,250 USD per year (US Tier 1)
