Pay Range : $70 - $75 per hour. on W2

Job Summary :

In this role, you will leverage data science to uncover insights, inform decision-making, and guide product innovation, directly contributing to our mission of democratizing content creation. You'll join a passionate team, working together to shape the future of our all-in-one content creation app, transforming how people express themselves globally.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead analytics initiatives to identify new product and business opportunities, developing a machine learning strategy.

Forge strategic partnerships with product teams and leadership, using analytical insights to inform business strategy and product roadmaps.

Design, implement, and analyze A / B experiments, translating findings into actionable insights for product enhancement.

Champion a culture of data-driven decision making among data science and product teams, fostering innovation.

Facilitate robust data foundations through close collaboration with development teams, focusing on product instrumentation and user flow analysis.

Must-Have Skills :

Proficiency in large dataset exploration and meaningful insight extraction.

Strong foundation in ML modeling and data inference.

Exceptional ability to communicate complex data analyses and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Industry Experience :

Prior experience in a Tech or SaaS environment, especially platforms focused on content creation or similar digital services, will be highly valued.
