Candidate on the west coast preferred. Must be willing to travel to San Diego to be on client site when needed.

The COA Design Architect will be responsible for the design and implementation of Chart of Accounts (COA) structures that support our organizational goals and ERP system requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in financial reporting and business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement robust Chart of Accounts (COA) structures that align with organizational objectives and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Lead the integration of COA design with ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.
• Conduct analysis and evaluation of existing COA structures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including COA maps, process flows, and system configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on COA-related processes and system functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards in COA design and implementation.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
