Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team focused on delivering high-quality, individualized autism support services. This role follows a holistic, collaborative approach , working closely with therapists, families, and the community to help individuals with autism thrive in an inclusive and supportive environment.
The BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention programs while ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Provide direct and indirect clinical support to clients
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide parent training and education to support treatment continuity
- Track client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed
- Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and organizational standards
Qualifications - Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience in behavior management and intervention planning
- Experience providing parent education and support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical and professional best practices
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism preferred.
