Account Executive - Utah

Experience & Background

  • 37+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, ideally within HR tech, recruiting software, or talent acquisition solutions.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close mid-market to enterprise-level deals.
  • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition leaders, CHROs, and Hiring Managers.
  • Background in full-cycle B2B salesfrom cold prospecting and product demos to negotiation and contract closing.
  • Comfortable navigating a variety of sales motions : outbound, inbound, and partner-driven.

  • Consultative Selling : Strong approach to uncovering customer pain points and mapping tailored solutions.
  • Complex Sales Management : Confident managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Communication & Presentation : Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deal Management : Ability to juggle high-velocity deals while also managing strategic, longer-term opportunities.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency : Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and other sales engagement platforms.
  • HR Knowledge : Solid understanding of HR and recruiting workflows, including familiarity with ATS systems and hiring metrics.
