- 37+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, ideally within HR tech, recruiting software, or talent acquisition solutions.
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close mid-market to enterprise-level deals.
- Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition leaders, CHROs, and Hiring Managers.
- Background in full-cycle B2B salesfrom cold prospecting and product demos to negotiation and contract closing.
- Comfortable navigating a variety of sales motions : outbound, inbound, and partner-driven.
