Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-level and senior engineering roles across software and hardware teams
Partner with Engineering leaders to understand technical requirements and hiring needs
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized engineering talent
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of technical recruiting experience for engineering roles
Prior experience in recruiting for satcom, telecom, aerospace, or related fields
Strong sourcing skills with success in engaging passive technical candidates
Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
Familiarity with international recruiting, preferably in the UK
