Now Hiring : Machine Setup Technician

Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 2 : 45 PM-11 : 00 PM

Competitive Pay Based on Experience, $1.50 / hour shift differential

Are you mechanically inclined and thrive in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for a Converting Setup Technician - Tier One to keep our converting machines running smoothly and efficiently. If you're ready to take ownership of machine performance and contribute to a high-output team, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do :

As a Setup Technician, you'll play a critical role in minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput across our converting department. Your responsibilities will include :

• Starting up and preparing all converting machines
• Performing quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Operating roll lifts, hoists, and electric pallet jacks
• Monitoring gas tank levels and ensuring machines are stocked with correct materials
• Running production when machines are operating efficiently
• Assisting operators and fellow technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Supporting 5S initiatives and promoting a clean, organized workspace
