A company is looking for a Director of Talent Strategy to lead a recruiting team and transform Talent operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a small team of recruiters to achieve exceptional hiring outcomes

Architect and execute the Talent technology roadmap, including implementation of ATS / CRM and hiring analytics

Define and manage Talent KPIs and dashboards to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes

Required Qualifications

15+ years of Talent Acquisition / People Ops experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles

Proven experience in selecting and implementing Talent technology solutions

Hands-on experience leading executive searches, particularly at the SVP C-suite level

Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects

Experience in change management and designing adoption plans for new processes
