Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships and applying effective sales techniques
Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to policy issuance
Required Qualifications
At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
Active P&C licensure within the current state of residence
Proven track record as a closer with strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented focus on hitting sales goals
Proficiency in CRM systems and telephone software
