A company is looking for a Mechanical Field Lead-2.

Key Responsibilities

Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Coordinate mechanical installation activities and manage subcontractors

Track project progress, manage material control, and ensure quality compliance

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of material handling installation experience

1-3 years of experience leading small installation teams

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints

Self-motivated and results-driven
