Strong scripting experience for automation tasks. Ability to lift and transport server equipment as needed. Willingness to provide off-hour, on-call support, including travel to various supported sites. Flexibility to work overtime and respond to emergencies outside of standard business hours. Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between company locations. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments and deadlines. Demonstrates integrity, sound business judgment, and professionalism. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to produce technical documentation. Safety-conscious and adaptable to changing priorities. Must be able to work fully on-site, 5 days a week. We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Solution Architect Senior Contract to join our team in New York, NY.
This is a full-time, on-site position (5 days per week) that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage and optimize IT systems and infrastructure.

- Technical Solution Architect Senior Location : On-Site - New York, NY Job Start Date : 1 / 7 / 25 Job End Date : 1 / 6 / 26 Key Responsibilities : Administered and managed Windows Server / Desktop operating systems, including user administration, file systems, software, and services.
- Configure and maintain servers and storage systems, including RAID configurations.
- Manage Active Directory, including backup, recovery, and Group Policy Object (GPO) setup.
- Troubleshoot fundamental networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor security principles, including ACL and encryption protocols.
- Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell, bash, ksh, or perl) for task automation.
- Monitor system health and performance, providing analytics to identify bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts.
- Develop disaster recovery plans and perform backup and restoration for systems, applications, and data.
- Install and manage patches and firmware updates.
Provide exceptional customer support with a +1 service mindset This is an hourly position with opportunity for overtime.
