The Protected Communication Systems (PCS) team is hiring a Systems Engineer to support programs for our US military and various international customers, keeping the world safe from foreign threats. PCS supports multiple Collins contracts and is seeking to fill roles across several open contracts – our goal is to align each new hire with a position that best suits their skills and allows for career growth. As a Systems Engineer, you will be a member of a team supporting communication system testing.

What You Will Do

• Support efforts with cross-functional team members (hardware and software engineers) to ensure system compatibility and performance
• Conduct system-level testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and functionality for multiple yearly releases of software solutions
• Perform dry run and formal testing (manual and automated) on new software builds in the lab
• Support analysis of software issues and enhancements to drive test updates
• Work closely with software personnel to document issues found during testing

ONSITE : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
