We're currently seeking a Laundry Team Leader to oversee daily laundry operations during assigned shifts while working side-by-side with the laundry team. This role provides hands-on leadership, supports workflow coordination, and ensures linens and uniforms are processed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do :

• Lead daily laundry operations including counting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing resort linens and uniforms
• Provide hands-on direction and support to laundry associates during assigned shifts
• Monitor linen usage throughout the entire linen lifecycle to ensure proper handling and longevity
• Maintain accurate linen counts and assist with determining replacement or replenishment needs
• Ensure proper par levels are maintained for all linen inventory
• Perform quality control checks to ensure clean, undamaged, and properly presented linens
• Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of laundry chemicals and supplies
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and linen distribution processes
• Address operational challenges in a timely and professional manner
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
• Assist with training new employees and provide performance feedback to management
• Attend meetings in the absence of management, as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
