お客様のプロジェクトの支援を通して、クラウド利用に関わる課題解決に取り組み、お客様のビジネスに貢献するのが、AWSインフラストラクチャーアーキテクトです。 AWSインフラストラクチャーアーキテクトが支援するお客様のプロジェクトでは、クラウドインフラストラクチャーの設計、クラウドネイティブ化やモダナイゼーションの支援、セキュリティや権限管理の設定、クラウド管理の自動化、クラウド運用のための組織づくりや人材育成の支援など、クラウドをより効果的に活用するために必要なご支援を幅広く提供します。

Key job responsibilities

• AWSのアカウントマネージャーやプリセールス、トレーニング、サポートチームと協業して、パートナーやお客様がAWSのサービスを活用していくことを支援します
• お客様が効果的にAWSを活用いただくためにAWSの営業チーム、エンジニアリングチーム、サポートチームと協力して、お客様やパートナーのニーズを収集し、パートナーやお客様先に対して技術的支援を提供します
• これはプリセールスでの訪問への同行、お客様のニーズを理解、パッケージ化されたオファリングの提案と提供、カスタマイズされたソリューションの提供などが含まれます
• AWSサービスを使ってプライベートクラウドとパブリッククラウドにまたがった新しい分散コンピューティングソリューションの実現を支援し、プロジェクトを遂行します

A day in the life

お客様先に常駐はせず、訪問ベースでご支援を提供しています。オフィス勤務を基本としつつ、状況に合わせた柔軟な働き方をしています。また、お客様のご要望があればお客様先へ訪問や出張があります。お客様に対してチームで対応するなど体制に柔軟性があり、コアなしフレックス制度やリモートワーク制度など制度面でも柔軟でライフステージに合った働きやすい環境が整っております。
