This internship is for Summer 2026. The CI Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies and contribute to meaningful projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Reporting directly to the Quality / Engineering Manager.

Assist in the identification of process improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder consultation.

Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.

Support the documentation of current processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices.

Help track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of improvement efforts.

Collaborate with team members to develop training materials and deliver training sessions on new processes and tools.

Currently enrolled in Bachelors degree program pursuing a relevant major.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus.

Hands-on experience working on real-world projects with direct impact on business operations.

Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the field of continuous improvement.
