[job_card.job_description]Beautiful work environment Competitive Wages and Benefit Package Flexible Schedule Paid Time Off Overtime Pay Lead and supervise the wellness team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care Oversee resident assessments, individualized care plans, and medication management Collaborate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident health and wellness Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to wellness staff to maintain compliance and clinical excellence Monitor regulatory compliance and participate in licensing and state survey processes Active LVN license in the state of California Minimum of 1 year experience working in a senior living or long-term care facility At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Genuine passion for working with the geriatric population Knowledge of current health and wellness practices and trends in senior care Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
