The Position
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 2-7 years of litigation experience
- Experience with general liability insurance preferred
- Experience with other insurance defense including, asbestos, toxic torts, construction, construction defect, NY labor law, and premise liability, a plus
- Strong communication, writing, and research skills
