CBRF LPN - Pool

Position Summary

As an LPN in our Assisted Living department, you will collaborate with RNs to deliver holistic nursing care that meets the physical, spiritual, and psychosocial needs of our residents. You will also respond to emergency situations to ensure resident safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations (OBRA, HSS132, Nurse Practice Act, etc.)
• Ability to perform essential job functions safely, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Current CPR certification
• Accurate data entry skills and familiarity with electronic health records
• Adherence to Wisconsin's "Standard of Practice for Licensed Practical Nurses"
