Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide efficient outpatient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of subacute health conditions. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work efficiently in an urgent care setting. The Nurse Practitioner or PA will be responsible for managing outpatient care and ensuring high-quality medical services are delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Perform minimal surgical procedures such as laceration repair, and incision and drainage.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Urgent Care Practices.

Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
