A company is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to ensure smooth office operations and create an engaging workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the office point of contact for visitors and manage inquiries related to in-office needs
Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including tours and introductions to the office
Plan and execute team engagement events and manage office supplies and maintenance schedules
Required Qualifications
One or two years of experience in office administration, hospitality, or workplace management roles
Experience managing vendors, coordinating events, and supporting compliance activities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Figma experience is a plus
Ability to create and manage budgets effectively
Must be able to work in-office Monday to Friday
