Join Our Team as a Pharmaceutical Sales Executive!
As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will serve as the lead point of contact for managing and nurturing relationships with physician accounts. Your mission is to drive business for our products through exceptional account management, underpinned by service, strong product knowledge, integrity, and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our pharmaceutical and healthcare products within your designated territory.
- Enhance the awareness of our diverse product portfolio among physicians and facilitate patient engagement.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics, cultivating long-term partnerships in anticipation of future product launches.
- Conceptualize and implement tailored strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives, and sales programs as necessary.
- Schedule and organize sales calls effectively, optimizing time management to achieve performance targets within each account.
- Stay informed about product/service offerings, market trends, regulatory changes, competitors, and customer dynamics; communicate insights to management promptly.
- Complete all required pharmaceutical sales training and maintain continuing medical education to stay abreast of innovative products and effective approaches to detailing physicians.
- Analyze and monitor product performance within accounts and adapt strategies as needed to support value and volume growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure strong communication and support for executing successful strategies.
- Comply with all pharmaceutical sales reglations and company policies to maintain integrity in all dealings.
Requirements:
- Proven sales abilities paired with excellent interpersonal skills; experience in account management is a plus.
- This is a field-based role, so a valid driver’s license is essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to distinguish yourself in the competitive market.
- Strong organizational and communication skills along with a self-motivated drive for success.
