We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Private Pay Sales Agent to guide families through their first conversations with us, from inquiry to intake. You’ll play a vital role in listening with empathy, answering questions, and making the process seamless and reassuring. If you’re driven by goals but fueled by compassion, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Field incoming inquiries from private-pay clients via phone, web, and referrals.

Proactively follow up with leads to build trust and convert them into scheduled intakes.

Deliver a high-touch client experience where families feel cared for, respected, and understood.

Stay with clients as their single point of contact, eliminating confusion or handoffs.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets (conversions, intakes scheduled, private-pay revenue).

Record all lead activity, call notes, and conversion metrics in Attend’s CRM.

Clearly explain Attend’s private-pay services (hourly, live-in, chronic condition support, post-surgical care, etc.).

Handle common objections (cost, caregiver quality, facility alternatives) with patience and professionalism.

Partner with Intake and Operations teams to ensure a seamless handoff once care begins.

Share client feedback to help refine marketing and service offerings.

What You Bring

A proven track record in sales (home care, healthcare, or senior services preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect quickly with families under stress.

Natural ability to project warmth, empathy, and confidence.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Comfort with CRM systems, phone systems, and digital tools.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
