Job Description

Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and success. Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential issues promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Coordinate procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively. Foster strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred but not required
• Experience on mid to large size projects
