We are hiring a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control at our Chicago food manufacturing facility. This role ensures our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and consistency, while fostering a plant-wide culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and maintain the plant's Quality Management System (QMS) in line with SQF, HACCP, GFSI, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee quality across raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Manage audits, traceability, corrective actions, and documentation to ensure compliance and inspection readiness.
• Partner with Operations to drive lean principles and quality improvements.
• Train and mentor staff on GMP, sanitation, food safety, and compliance.
• Serve as the main contact for regulatory agencies, customers, and auditors.
