Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, resolving questions and concerns across multiple platforms
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the website, patient accounts, and internal tools
Proactively identify and escalate trends in patient feedback to improve the overall patient experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with technology and comfort using computers
Ability to adapt to dynamic systems and workflows
Reliable internet connection with specified speeds
