Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to sales prospects, generating interest in products with a target of 800 calls daily
Handle and overcome sales objections to successfully transfer potential customers to licensed agents
Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates to enhance sales agent conversion
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
At least 1 year of experience in a telesales or sales environment
Preferred experience in a high-volume metrics or commission-driven role
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or irregular schedules
Proficient with technology, including computers and phone systems
