AWS Migration Lead PM

Role Summary :

We are seeking a skilled AWS Migration Lead / Project Manager with hands-on experience in leading cloud migration projects and managing cross-functional delivery teams. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of AWS cloud services migration tools and project management methodologies to drive end-to-end cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning execution and delivery of AWS migration projects (applications databases and infrastructure).

Define migration strategy roadmap and milestones in alignment with business objectives.

Perform application assessment dependency mapping and migration readiness analysis.

Coordinate and manage onshore / offshore teams for successful migration execution.

Work closely with architects DevOps and security teams to ensure smooth migration and post-migration validation.

Implement AWS best practices for scalability performance and cost optimization.

Track and report project progress risks and key performance metrics to stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Preferred Qualifications :

AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Prior experience leading cloud migration or modernization initiatives for enterprise clients.

Exposure to data warehouse migration CI / CD automation or hybrid cloud environments.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive technical and non-technical teams.
