Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Pay Range: $24-25/hr
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements:
? Professionally answer inbound calls from customers.
? Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
? Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
? Research solutions utilizing multiple resources.
? Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary.
? Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
